For Online orders we must be contacted within 14 days of delivery date to request a return for defective items, wrong items or items needing a return.

Unfortunately we can’t offer an exchange if is requested past the date limits above. All exchanges that require shipping is at the expense of the customer for both ways to and from the shop.
